Tracking Order Status Policy

When you make a purchase on a Shopify-built website, you’ll receive tracking information for your order once it has been shipped. Here's how you typically get your tracking details:

1. Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order number and details about your items, but not the tracking number just yet.

2. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include:

  • The carrier that will be handling your delivery (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
  • A tracking number that you can use to track your package.
  • A link to the carrier's website where you can enter the tracking number and monitor your order's journey.

3. Tracking Information

The tracking information will be updated on the carrier’s website, and you can check the status of your package (such as when it ships, when it’s in transit, and when it’s delivered).

  • The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email will take you directly to the carrier’s page (e.g., USPS tracking, UPS tracking).
  • Depending on the carrier, the tracking status may update every few hours or once a day.

4. Shopify Account (Optional)

If you created an account on the Shopify store, you can also log in to view your order status and tracking information directly on the website. You'll find this information under "My Orders" or "Order History" within your account dashboard.

5. Shopify Notifications (SMS or Email)

Some stores may offer additional notifications via SMS or email when your order is shipped, out for delivery, or has been delivered, keeping you informed at each step.

If you don't receive tracking information within a reasonable time, or if there are any issues with your order, you can always contact the store’s customer service team for assistance.
